During a campaign event in Iowa, former Vice President and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden flat out admitted that “nobody understood Obamacare.”
The moment came when a young man confronted Biden about Obamacare.
“During the run-up to the passage of Obamacare, President Obama promised my father that he could keep his plan and his insurance would be cheaper,” the man said. “After the passage, his plan was no longer aloud and his insurance costs double. Since you supported the plan, were you lying to my dad or did you not understand the bill you supported?”
Biden replied: “Look, there is two ways people know when something is important. One, when it’s so clear when it is passed that everybody understands it, and no one did understand Obamacare including the way it was rolled out and the gentleman is right, he says you could keep your doctor if you wanted to and you couldn’t keep your doctor if you wanted to. He is dead right about that.”

Biden has been hit from all sides regarding his past comments. One recent example was how he completely lied about his past stance on the killing of Osama Bin Laden.
Biden is now claiming that he supported the military raid that killed Osama Bin Laden despite comments he made back in 2012.
On Friday, Biden claimed that he had not urged Obama to hold off on the raid that killed Bin Laden.
The moment came when Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked the former Vice President if he would have made the same decision as President Trump to kill Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
“As commander in chief, if you were ever handed a piece of intelligence that said you could stop an imminent attack on Americans — but you have to use an airstrike to take out a terrorist leader — would you pull the trigger?” Doocy asked.
“Well we did – the guy’s name was Usama bin Laden,” Biden stated.
“Didn’t you tell President Obama not to go after bin Laden that day?” Doocy questioned.
“No, I didn’t,” Biden replied.
This was a flat out lie considering Biden publicly stated back in 2012 that he told former NOT to go after Bin Laden.
“Mr. President, my suggestion is, don’t go — we have to do two more things to see if he’s there,” Biden said back in 2012.
Republican National Committee spokesman Steve Guest made sure to call out Biden for his lie: “This isn’t another instance of Joe Biden misspeaking, it’s an instance of Biden flat-out lying.”
Biden even had the audacity to call out President Trump for his attack during a campaign event in Iowa, saying that the decision to attack was short-sided and dangerous.
“No matter how rightly reviled he was in the West, he was a senior figure in the Iranian government,” Biden said.
“I don’t know and you don’t know what the hell he’s done,” Biden said to Doocy. “We don’t know if he’s coordinated with our allies, we have no idea what commitments he’s made, we have no idea. I just hope he has a plan for second and third iterations of this — but it’s clear there’s going to have to be more folks there to protect the embassy, to protect American personnel in Iraq.”
