BREAKING: LA Times Confirms Feinstein Is Leaning Toward ACQUITTING Trump

Moments ago, the Los Angeles Times confirmed that Senator Dianne Feinstein of CA is leaning towards voting to acquit Trump in the Senate.

Feinstein shockingly made comments that made her seem very reasonable in this whole process, saying 'the people should judge', alluding to letting the 2020 election decide Trump's fate.

Here's what the LA Times reported about Feinstein's potential decision to acquit:

Just after President Trump’s defense lawyers ended arguments in their Senate trial Tuesday, Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California became the first Democrat to suggest that she could vote to acquit him despite serious concerns about his character.

“Nine months left to go, the people should judge. We are a republic, we are based on the will of the people — the people should judge,” Feinstein said Tuesday, after the president’s team finished a three-day presentation in his defense. “That was my view and it still is my view.”

Asked whether she would ultimately vote to acquit, she demurred, saying, “We’re not finished.”

However, the worst news of all for Democrats is the fact that two OTHER Democrats are leaning towards acquittal as well.

According to The Hill, swing state Democratic Sens. Doug Jones of Alabama and Joe Manchin of West Virginia know that voting to convict Trump will hurt them big time back in their homes states.

Manchin said Trump's legal team did such a "good job" that their arguments are "making me think about things."

"One thing that stuck in my mind is they said there isn't a witness they have had so far that had direct contact with the president,"Manchin said.

"I take my oath extremely seriously, my oath to the Constitution to protect and defend and my oath of impartiality. I want to see and hear from the defense counsel today and we'll see where we go from there," he said.

Jones also signaled willingness to remain impartial and consider voting to acquit Trump.

"I'm hoping to hear the facts and the rebuttal from the president. So I think that's only appropriate," Jones said.

Although many Senate Democrats thought the "bombshell" Bolton claims would change everything, Trump's defense team did an incredible job of debunking the comments in his new book.
