Democrats Introduce Legislation Giving Money To Illegal Immigrants

On Friday, House Democrats chose to introduce a controversial bill called the “Leave No Taxpayer Behind Act,” which would effectively change the $2 trillion dollar stimulus package previously passed by Congress, to allow some of the money to be sent to individuals who are illegally residing in the United States.
This legislation, if passed by Congress, would allow upwards of a thousand dollars to go into the hands of those who broke federal immigration law, and create a process for them to apply for the help from the federal government.
Check out what the Daily Caller reported below:
Several House Democrats introduced legislation that, if signed into law, would allow illegal aliens to obtain funds from the recently passed coronavirus relief package.
California Rep. Lou Correa, along with two other Democratic lawmakers, introduced the Leave No Taxpayer Behind Act on Friday. The legislation would amend the CARES Act — the $2 trillion stimulus package intended to help Americans suffering under the coronavirus pandemic, and allow individuals living in the U.S. unlawfully to apply for funds.
Representative Lou Correa argues that because the original legislation excluded individuals who don’t have Individual Tax Identification Numbers, members of Congress have put illegal aliens in “grave danger.”
“By casting out immigrants, we are placing some of our most vulnerable residents in grave danger. Every individual taxpayer, irrespective of citizenship status, needs government assistance now.”

“I was appalled to learn hardworking, taxpaying immigrants were left out of the $2 trillion CARES Act,” he added.
President Donald Trump signed the coronavirus bailout package March 17. The $2.2 trillion stimulus bill will provide a $1,200 payment to all single Americans who earn less than $75,000 annually, or $2,400 for families that earn under $150,000 — including $500 for each child under 17.
However, these funds do not provide assistance to individuals who don’t have Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers, which would include foreign nationals living and working in the U.S. unlawfully.
Supporters of the Leave No Taxpayer Behind Act likened this stipulation to discrimination.
Some Democrats have gone even further with a similar stance on the issue, like California Governor Gavin Newsom, who recently announced his intentions to provide “emergency grants” to the businesses in the state that are being run by illegal immigrants.
Furthermore, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez blatantly lied about the coronavirus yesterday to try and use the coronavirus to push for “a lens of new reparations.” In a tweet, the freshman Democrat claimed that “Black + Brown” people are being disproportionately affected by the coronavirus due to “racism.”

As the coronavirus spreads throughout the country, many Democrats continue to use the opportunity making questionable decisions harming the American citizens in the pursuit of their own agendas.
