The Joe Biden border crisis is getting worse by the day and most Americans probably have no idea just how bad things have gotten.
Fox News reporter Bill Melugin featured an explosive segment this week detailing how U.S. Border Patrol apprehended over 20,000 illegal aliens at the Del Rio Crossing in Texas in just one week.
“The administration can claim all they want that they’re making, quote-unquote, extreme progress down here on the border, but that’s just not based in reality or based — it’s not reflected by what we’re seeing on the ground here or by Border Patrol’s numbers, and the summer heat certainly is not slowing anything down here,” Melugin began.
“We saw one of the biggest groups we’ve ever witnessed this morning and we’ll start showing you some of the video, starting with this. Take a look. This is exclusive video we got from the Mexican side of the Rio Grande, this is over in Ciudad Acuña, the Mexican city directly across from where we are here in Del Rio,” Melugin added.
“This is where we watched those migrants starting to cross very early this morning, hundreds of them. They just walk right across the Rio Grande when the river is running lower. Sometimes they’ll throw down their ID cards or their passports before they make the journey,” he added.
“Now take a look at this piece of video from a drone as they approached where we’re standing here, next to the border gate. This was a massive group of at least 350 migrants who came up to the gate here. And this is like the fourth time we’ve seen this happen this week, a group of well over 250, massive surge happening here in Del Rio,” he added.

“Take a look at this third piece of video we shot on the ground here. As you guys were talking about, these migrants are coming from all over the world. We were talking to them, mostly they’re from Haiti, some from Cuba, some from Venezuela, some from Brazil, there was a couple from Ghana we talked to, we were seeing more from Africa, Senegal,” he said.
“And what ends up happening is they open up those gates — take a look at this video right here, they open up the gates, Border Patrol lets every single person through, they put them on vans, they put them on buses, they take them away. One final point to wrap up, the Border Patrol sector chief down in the Rio Grande Valley just put out on Twitter that this week alone, in one week, they apprehended more than 20,000 migrants in one week just in that sector. That’s enough to fill the entire capacity of Staples Center,” he said.

The group said it would mark the “worst ever” on record, which is another stunning reminder of how bad things have gotten under Joe Biden, the Washington Examiner reported.
The group said that would be 250,000 more than the next highest number recorded in 2000.
