McConnell Promises Senate Vote On Ginsburg Replacement

Friday's news that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg died of pancreatic cancer has already driven Democrats and their street thugs insane which will likely lead to more of the rioting that has rocked the nation this summer.
That RBG was able to hold on for as long as she did despite her advanced age and failing health is a testament to her toughness but by doing so, she has given President Trump the chance to put his mark on the highest court in the land for decades.
While Democrats were making demands and escalating the tension, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell vowed that there would be a vote on Trump's nominee to replace Ginsburg.
In a statement released by the Kentucky Republican, McConnell paid tribute to the dearly departed and said that:
“President Trump’s nominee will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate”
And just like that, the SCOTUS replaces COVID-19 as the Democrats' top line of attack on Trump and other Republicans who are on the ballot in seven weeks.
"Americans reelected our majority in 2016 and expanded it in 2018 because we pledged to work with President Trump and support his agenda, particularly his outstanding appointments to the federal judiciary. Once again, we will keep our promise," McConnell said.
"President Trump’s nominee will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate," McConnell added.
McConnell’s decision comes roughly an hour after news broke that Ginsburg had died at 87, and before President Trump has weighed in on her passing and if he plans to try to fill the seat this year.
But Republicans close to the White House said they expect Trump to put forth a nominee to fill her seat in the coming days. Trump was holding a rally in Minnesota as news spread of Ginsburg’s death, and appeared to be unaware of the news.
Whoever that nominee will be, he/she will face a savage and dishonest smear campaign and coordinated violent unrest in the streets of the nation's capital that will make the acrimonious Kavanaugh hearings look like a church picnic.
