On Wednesday evening, President Trump joined Sean Hannity to pay tribute to the late Rush Limbaugh.
“Rush loved this country, and he loved his wife,” Trump told Hannity.
The 45th President also reminisced on the great times he had golfing with the radio legend.

Hannity ended the interview by asking Trump about his future plans.
“I know you said in the months ahead, you have a lot you want to tell us and we won’t do it tonight obviously, but when that time comes, we are looking forward to hearing what your future plans are,” Hannity asked.
“There’s a lot to talk about. Our country is a great place and we’re going to make it even greater, as the saying goes,” Trump responded before bringing the conversation back to Limbaugh.
“But today’s all about Rush, don’t you think?” he concluded.
Earlier on Wednesday, President Trump called into Fox News for a short segment to tell Harris Faulkner and Bill Hemmer about his memory of the radio legend.
“When was the last time you spoke with Rush Limbaugh?” Bill Hemmer asked the former President.
“Three or four days ago,” he replied. “I called him just to find out, you know, his fight was very, very courageous. He was very, very sick. And you know, from diagnosis on, it was just something that was not going to be beaten.”
“But, you wouldn’t know it and he is married to an incredible woman, Kathryn, who really, everytime I spoke to him, he would tell me how great she was, she took such great care,” he said.
“He was very brave,” Trump added. “He really could have been gone four months ago. Really. He just was fighting until the very end. He was a fighter.”
