According to the most recent swing state 2020 poll conducted by Firehouse/Optimus, President Donald Trump is leading all Democratic presidential candidates in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
The poll shows that the President is leading all candidates including Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden in these states.
Check out what Breitbart reported:
Biden is five points below Trump in Michigan and Pennsylvania and nine points below Trump in Wisconsin.
Prior polls from Firehouse Strategies showed Biden competing evenly with Trump in states like Michigan or beating him in the states of Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
In Wisconsin, Biden went from a 12-point lead of President Trump in March to nine points below the president in December.
Trump has similar or stronger leads over Democrat candidates Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Sen. Bernie Sanders.
Newcomer candidate former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg also loses big against President Trump, the poll shows.
Impeachment is not popular with battleground state voters either.
Around 51 percent of voters in Michigan, 52.2 percent of voters in Pennsylvania, and 57.9 percent of voters in Wisconsin opposed impeachment and removal of the president.
The survey was conducted December 3-5 of 12/3 of 1,759 likely 2020 general election voters in Wisconsin (N = 610), Michigan (N = 551), and Pennsylvania (N = 598) with about a four percent margin of error.
Another swing state poll shows that President Trump is in a statistical tie with Bidena nd Pete Buttigieg in Arizona.
The OH Predictive Insights survey released on Monday shows President Trump at 46 percent and Biden with 44 percent in a mock general election contest. The poll also shows the president’s 45 percent approval edging out Buttigieg with 43 percent. Both hypothetical matchups show the pair of Democrat contenders fall within the 3.9-percentage-point margin of error. The poll was conducted between December 3 and 14 and has a sample size of 628 respondents.
In May, the same poll showed Biden leading President Trump 49 percent to 44 percent, showing a dip in national support for the vice president has extended to Gand Canyon state. Conversely, Buttigieg’s support shows a 6 point jump from 37 percent.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) slipped one point from 42 percent to 41 percent in a mock face-off against President Trump’s 47 percent. Billionaire and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg trails the president 40 percent to 47 percent, said the survey.
The polling news comes as House Democrats continue with their bogus impeachment hearing now led by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler.
Even Nadler himself knows that impeachment may hurt Democrats in 2020. During an interview on Sunday with MSNBC host Chuck Todd, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler said that it would be hard to be President Trump in 2020 if he is acquitted in the Senate impeachment trial.
“Let me ask this, if he is acquitted, do you think we’ll have a fair election in 2020?” Todd asked.
Nadler replied, “I don’t know. The president, based on his past performs performance will do everything he can to make it not a fair election, and that is part of what gives us urgency to proceed with this impeachment.”
