Obama Demands That Senate Not Hold Vote On RBG Replacement Until After The Election

To classless Democrats, nothing is sacred nor spared from their toxic leftist politics and the relentless advancement of their dangerous ideology and the pursuit of power.
Like a vulture swooping to feast on a fresh carcass, Barack Obama wasted no time in politicizing the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
On Friday, RBG finally succumbed to pancreatic cancer that along with numerous other health issues had plagued the 87-year-old liberal icon in recent years, making her job on the nation's highest court increasingly difficult.
While President Trump and Republicans paid their respects to the Bill Clinton appointee, the former community organizer who has acted like the head of a government in exile since the end of his presidency quickly inserted himself into the process of replacing Ginsburg.
Dear Leader is demanding that the Senate refuse to hold hearings to confirm her successor until the next president has been determined, a flagrant effort to meddle in the election and hamstring the Supreme Court at a time when Democrats are prepared to mount legal challenges in nearly every that that Trump wins.
Obama's command came in a statement which he released after the news of Ginsburg's death was announced.
Obama, in a statement responding to Ginsburg's death, praised the late judge as a "warrior for gender equality" who showed "unwavering faith in our democracy and its ideals."
The former president also nodded to Ginsburg's reported statement to her granddaughter before her death that her "most fervent wish" was that her replacement be named by the next president. Ginsburg died earlier Friday. She was 87.
"Four and a half years ago, when Republicans refused to hold a hearing or an up-or-down vote on Merrick Garland, they invented the principle that the Senate shouldn’t fill an open seat on the Supreme Court before a new president was sworn in," Obama said.
"A basic principle of the law — and of everyday fairness — is that we apply rules with consistency, and not based on what’s convenient or advantageous in the moment," he continued. "The rule of law, the legitimacy of our courts, the fundamental workings of our democracy all depend on that basic principle.
"As votes are already being cast in this election, Republican Senators are now called to apply that standard," Obama said.
Lectures about fairness and the law are laughable coming from Obama who ordered his intelligence services to conduct surveillance on the Trump campaign and to engineer the framing of General Michael Flynn who was the head of military intelligence under him.
Obama has largely lurked in the background but his fingerprints are on everything from the selection of Joe Biden as the nominee to Kamala Harris as his running mate to the highly organized and coordinated riots that have erupted across America.
Like the Devil himself, Obama is everywhere and nowhere at the same time and will be leading the resistance to President Trump's ability to appoint his third Supreme Court justice in one term.
Obama knows damned well that the plan is to drag out the election results into January and then allow Nancy Pelosi's House of horrors to appoint the next president.
