Pelosi Threatens The President: ‘One Way Or Another’ We Will Remove Trump

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has claimed for months that Democrats are "unified" and think they have handled impeachment into President Donald Trump with suburb precision.

However, a new report reveals that a lot of Democrats have privately said Pelosi's impeachment "gambit" was a "failed strategy.”

Now, perhaps feeling the pressure, Pelosi is issuing threats to the president and claiming that she will "remove" Trump "one way or another."

During an interview with ABC News, Pelosi claimed Trump will be removed from office by next year.

She added that Democrats “may have him removed sooner” than that.

“It’s Sunday morning — let’s be optimistic about the future … a future that will not have Donald Trump in the White House, one way or another, 10 months from now we will have an election, if we don’t have him removed sooner,” she said.

WATCH:

This doesn’t sound like the same woman who promised impeachment had no political motivation and that she was "praying" for the president because it "pained her" to even engage in the process.

Crazy Nancy, as Trump likes to call her, just admitted the desired outcome is not justice, but rather the removal of the duly elected president of the United States.

Pelosi was subject to her fair share of criticism for her comments.

Louisiana GOP Rep. Steve Scalise suggested Pelosi's comments made it clear: “Impeachment was a Democrat hit job to stain Trump’s legacy and hurt him at the polls. Nothing more.”

“Remember this, next time they try to pretend they were ‘prayerfully’ or ‘reluctantly’ impeaching [Trump],” Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) added. “They weren’t. It was all about trying to politically damage the President.”

Pelosi has been holding onto the articles of impeachment, but this week is expected to send them to the Senate.

During an interview Sunday on ABC News, Washington Post congressional reporter Rachael Bade revealed that a lot of Democrats have privately said Pelosi's impeachment "gambit" was a "failed strategy.”

But Bade said the damage had already been done and that several Democrats were "furious" with Pelosi.

“She was clearly putting a positive spin on what a lot of Democrats have privately said was a failed strategy,” Bade said.

She noted how Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer were pushing for witnesses and wanted a resolution on the proceedings and “got neither of those.”

“I know her team has sort of said, look, she was able to hold out, there was a bunch of new revelations that happened over the holiday break. Bolton came out and said he’s willing to testify,” Bade said.

She added: “Those things probably would have happen regardless of whether she was holding them. And, in fact, there might have even been more news focused on those things if everybody wasn’t asking what is Nancy Pelosi doing for the articles.”

URGENT POLL: Do you support Trump against Dem impeachment efforts?

Beyond Pelosi's endless games, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced the impeachment trial in the upper chamber will begin this week.
