President Trump Ups The Ante; Calls For Biden To Take A Cognitive Test

Democrats and the media can work in tandem to keep Joe Biden locked in his basement and to carefully manage his limited appearances but the former vice president continues to be his own worse enemy.
Already a gaffe-prone career politician with a tendency to trip over his own tongue, Biden's obvious dementia is proving to be a bigger hurdle than the DNC could have possibly anticipated when they busted a cap into Bernie Sanders.
In an ordinary campaign season with traditional rules that weren't thrown out of the window due to the coronavirus, President Trump would make mincemeat out of the befuddled Biden but this year, he will apparently have to settle for Twitter.
On Friday morning, the POTUS set off the fireworks early by calling for lunchbucket Joe to submit to a cognitive test to prove to Americans that he is mentally capable to do the job.
"He cannot pass the test I “aced”. He should give it a try!!!"
The president was given a gift when during a press conference during which he faced softballs and possibly hand-picked questions, Biden claimed that “I’ve been tested and I’m constantly tested,” when asked about his cognitive skills.
Perhaps Biden really meant the coronavirus test but the damage was done.
Trump's challenge came with a retweet of a story from Breitbart News that pointed out that the former veep's campaign wasn't providing details of the constant testing that the candidate spoke of.
The Biden campaign is already shaping up to be one of the greatest cons in the history of American politics; one in which a clearly senile zombie candidate operating with total media support is being foisted off on the public as the ultimate Trump slayer.
The truth is that lunchbucket Joe's rapidly deteriorating mental condition cannot simply be glossed over by a corrupt media and are becoming so obvious, that a recent poll by the respected Zogby Analytics shows that over half of likely voters believe that Biden has dementia.
According to Zogby Analytics:
A majority (55%) of likely voters surveyed thought it was more likely (much more and somewhat more likely combined) that Vice President Biden is in the early stages of dementia, while 45% thought it was less likely (much less and somewhat less likely combined). Overall, subgroups who normally approve of Trump's job as president, were the most likely to believe Biden could be suffering from dementia. Thus, majorities of Republicans (77% more likely/23% less likely) and Independents (56% more likely/44% less likely) thought Joe Biden had early-onset dementia; while nearly a third of Democrats (32% more likely/68% less likely) thought this was the case
At the same time, some important subgroups did not believe the vice president was exhibiting a declining mental capacity. While a majority of men (60% more likely/40% less likely) thought it this was likely, women (50% more likely/50% less likely) were less likely to think that the vice president was in the early stages of dementia.
Biden's declining mental faculties have been evident and nowhere more so than when he was on the campaign trail where a series of strange statements that did not make sense and bizarre confrontations with voters buried him in the primaries before he was rescued by Rep. Jim Clyburn and the DNC.
The poll underscores how the real choice that will be presented to Americans in November will be between whoever is tabbed as Biden's running mate and President Trump.
