During an interview with Sean Hannity which will be aired before the 2020 Super Bowl, President Trump mocked 2020 Democratic Presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg’s height by claiming that he asked for a booster stool for the 2020 Democratic debates.

When the President was asked about Bloomberg during the interview, he said, “Uh, very little. I just think of little. You know, now he wants a box for the debates to stand on. Okay, it’s okay, there’s nothing wrong. You can be short. Why he should he get a box to stand on? Why should he be entitled to that, really? Then does that mean everyone else gets a box?”

According to Fox Business Senior Correspondent Charles Gasparino, Bloomberg was “fuming” after President Trump mocked his height.

Gasparino tweeted: “SCOOP-inside the @MikeBloomberg campaign advisers say Bloomy is fuming over @realDonaldTrump’s attacks, mocking of his height. BBG now says he will fund even @BernieSanders to beat Trump. He plans to ramp up the personal attacks vs Trump through even more pointed TV ads.”

President Trump has waged all out war on Bloomberg as he continues to fund his own presidential campaign. On Sunday morning, the President shredded Bloomberg, accusing him of using the Democratic National Committee of rigging the primary election against socialist Senator Bernie Sanders. The President was referring to how the DNC is allowing Bloomberg to debate the other candidates even though he hasn’t qualified by their rules.

“Many of the ads you are watching were paid for by Mini Mike Bloomberg. He is going nowhere, just wasting his money, but he is getting the DNC to rig the election against Crazy Bernie, something they wouldn’t do for @CoryBooker and others. They are doing it to Bernie again, 2016,” Trump tweeted.

“Mini Mike is part of the Fake News. They are all working together. In fact, Bloomberg isn’t covering himself (too boring to do), or other Dems. Only Trump. That sounds fair! It’s all the Fake News Media, and that’s why nobody believes in them any more,” he added.

Trump added fuel to the fire with yet another tweet: “Mini Mike is now negotiating both to get on the Democrat Primary debate stage, and to have the right to stand on boxes, or a lift, during the debates. This is sometimes done, but really not fair!”

Bloomberg has spent well over $200 million of his own money to fund his campaign.

“To date, Bloomberg has dished out a massive $248 million to run commercials since declaring his candidacy for president in late November, according to the latest data from the ad-tracking firm Advertising Analytics,” Fox News reported. “By comparison, no other candidate in the Democratic presidential primary field has topped $30 million in spending.”

Account manager for Advertising Analytics Ben Taber said to Fox News: “Bloomberg’s buy is truly unprecedented. For context, the Clinton campaign in 2016 spent $230 million throughout the course of the entire election, including the general. Bloomberg has spent more than that since November 25th. This cycle, Bloomberg has spent three times more than Sanders, Warren, Buttigieg, and Biden, combined.”
