Vice President Kamala Harris is, despite her many flaws, not senile. The current 1600 Penn resident, however, isn't so obviously mentally competent, and so it might make sense for Kamala to try and invoke the 25th Amendment and get Slow Joe removed from office.
So far, however, she hasn't done so...
