STFU! Ex-MLB Player Tells Hillary to be Thankful She’s Not Locked Up

An ex-Major Leage Baseball pitcher did not mince words on Twitter this week when he lashed out at Hillary Clinton over her comments on the grandstanding Jan. 6 show trial taking place at the Capitol.

Curt Schilling, retired pitcher who won World Series Championships with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Boston Red Sox, has not been shy about his conservative values and support for Donald Trump.  He responded to Clinton’s tweet which referred to Trump’s questioning the results of the 2020 election as “criminal conspiracy”:

“The latest January 6 hearings show that Trump knew he lost the election. His own people told him he’d lost the election. He then chose to wage a criminal conspiracy to overturn the results and prevent the peaceful transfer of power for the first time in American history,” Clinton tweeted.

Schilling, not holding back, tweeted his LOL response:

“You, honestly, need to STFU and thank the Lord you are not in jail. You and your teenage groping mutant are one of the many reasons legal American citizens despise DC. You two represent ALL that is wrong with the left and with politics,” responded Schilling.

Clinton echoes many on the left, Democrats, RINOs and “Never Trumpers” who claim that the Jan 6 protest over the election certification was tantamount to “a coup” and those involved, including the former President, attempted to “overturn the will of America’s voters.”

But the collective memory of the American voter is long.

Lest Crooked Hillary forget, it was SHE who insisted upon Russian collusion in the wake of President Donald Trump’s election in 2016 despite no evidence to support that claim. During Trump’s term the then-President was subjected to a sham investigation conducted by a weaponized Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI.

Democrats tried to overturn the 2005 election when George Bush won a second term, claiming voter suppression and requesting that Ohio’s twenty electoral votes be thrown out.

As Breitbart reports, Schilling is no stranger to controversy himself. After he retired in 2007, he became a lightning rod for political controversy and left-wing hatred due to his outspoken conservative viewpoints, which led to his eventual firing as an ESPN commentator in 2016 after criticizing the transgender agenda.

The tweet that led to his dismissal from ESPN stated:

“A man is a man no matter what they call themselves. I don’t care what they are, who they sleep with, men’s room was designed for the penis, women’s not so much. Now you need laws telling us differently? Pathetic,” he tweeted at the time.

Last year Schilling criticized the poor response from local authorities and lack of criminal investigation into the George Floyd riots which occurred in the summer of 2020 and at the height of the pandemic. In the same tweet he appeared to support the Jan 6 protestors, calling their “confrontation” a way to highlight corruption, unlike the Floyd riots which involved looting and fires:

“You cowards sat on your hands, did nothing while liberal trash looted rioted and burned for Air Jordan’s and big screens, sit back, stfu, and watch folks start a confrontation for shit that matters like rights, democracy and the end of govt corruption.”
