Team Biden Refuses To Release Results Of Cognitve Testing

Mounting questions over presumptive Democrat nominee Joe Biden's mental condition are becoming a major issue for the former vice president's White House bid.

It is no longer possible to argue that the geriatric gaffe machine is not experiencing signs of a rapidly worsening state of dementia four months away from the most critical election in American history.

Those questions became louder after the 77-year-old Biden's first press conference in three months when the candidate admitted that he has "been tested and I’m constantly tested,” when queried about his mental faculties.

While lunchbucket Joe is so often in a fog it is quite possible that he was referring to being tested for the coronavirus but the secrecy from his campaign team has led many to believe that they are hiding something.

It has now been several days since Biden's constant testing remarks and his spin doctors are refusing to clarify the candidate's comments as well as remaining tight-lipped over any tests that may have been done.

Via The Federalist, "Biden Campaign Refuses To Release Cognitive Test Results":

Its been three days now since former Vice President Joe Biden told reporters that he’s been “tested and am constantly tested” for cognitive decline. The media has, unsurprisingly, swept this story under the rug, but the candidate’s claim still raises a lot of questions.

Who’s been doing these assessments? Why are we only hearing about these “constant” tests after the cognitive question has plagued the campaign for well over a year? And most importantly, Biden never actually said what any of the results were. So what were they?

The Biden Campaign has not responded to The Federalist’s request for those results.

It is one thing to claim a cognitive assessment would be insulting and refuse to take one. It is another to take it multiple times, only to hide the results. Biden himself didn’t even directly state they were good, but voters are left to assume it.

Cognitive deterioration is deadly serious, particularly if we’re discussing someone who could be in charge of the nuclear arsenal for eight years. While the topic should be discussed as the serious mental health issue it is, rather than fodder for campaign ads, the public has a right to know what exactly is going on.

Meanwhile, Biden continues to prove why Americans are entitled to see the test results when on Friday, he did it again.

While the lying media gives him another pass, how is I’m Joe Biden’s husband, Joe Biden” supposed to instill confidence in moderates and swing voters who could but this man in possession of the nuclear launch codes?

President Trump has also piled on in a Saturday tweet that called for his likely opponent to submit to a test, adding the taunt that Biden would be unable to pass it.

A recent poll shows that Biden has an image problem after the respected firm Zogby Analytics found that a stunning majority of likely voters believe that old Joe is clearly exhibiting signs of dementia.

According to Zogby Analytics

A majority (55%) of likely voters surveyed thought it was more likely (much more and somewhat more likely combined) that Vice President Biden is in the early stages of dementia, while 45% thought it was less likely (much less and somewhat less likely combined). Overall, subgroups who normally approve of Trump's job as president, were the most likely to believe Biden could be suffering from dementia. Thus, majorities of Republicans (77% more likely/23% less likely) and Independents (56% more likely/44% less likely) thought Joe Biden had early-onset dementia; while nearly a third of Democrats (32% more likely/68% less likely) thought this was the case

At the same time, some important subgroups did not believe the vice president was exhibiting a declining mental capacity. While a majority of men (60% more likely/40% less likely) thought it this was likely, women (50% more likely/50% less likely) were less likely to think that the vice president was in the early stages of dementia.

The Biden campaign could bring an immediate halt to the questions about his mental fitness by releasing the results; the fact that they aren't doing exactly that speaks volumes.
