The verdict can be watched below:

Here’s the livestream of the aftermath:

On Thursday, there were credible reports that the jurors’ verdict count was split. A Newsmax reporter pointed to several media reports that indicate they overheard Kyle Rittenhouse’s attorney Mark Richards saying that he believed the jury was at a ‘6-6 split.’

There were multiple reports of juror intimidation, as well as a blatant attempt by NBC News and MSNBC to expose jurors to doxxing.

“Last evening, a person who identified himself as James J. Morrison and who claimed that he was a producer with NBC news, employed for MSNBC… and under the supervision of someone named Irene Byon in NY for MSNBC,” the Judge began.

“The police stopped him because he was following at a distance of about a block,” he continued. “And went through a red light. Pulled him over and inquired of him what was going on.”

“And he gave that information. And he stated that he had been instructed by Ms. Byon to follow the jury bus,” the Judge added. “The matter is under further investigation at this point. That’s the latest I have.”

“He was ticketed for violating a traffic control signal,” he went on. “He’s not here today, from what I am told. I have instructed that nobody from MNSBC News will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial. This is a very serious matter and I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely it would go without much thinking that someone who is following a jury bus, that is a very, extremely serious matter,” the Judge concluded.

The judge subsequently banned MSNBC reporters from the court’s premises. NBC News argued the police “were mistaken as to the individual’s intent.”

“While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them,” NBC News’s public relations team said.

Irene Min Joo Byon was found to be the NBC producer. After the judge named her in the trial, she ‘nuked‘ her LinkedIn account and her Twitter account (@mjbyon27.).

The judge had deliberated whether or not to rule the Rittenhouse case a “mistrial with prejudice” after the defense’s motion pointed out the state had withheld potentially exculpatory video evidence that could clear its client.

The defense team’s motion was shared by Human Events Senior Editor Jack Posobiec. The motion revealed the prosecutorial misconduct might potentially lead to a “mistrial with prejudice.”

The motion argued that the state has “repeatedly violated instructions from the Court, acted in bad faith and intentionally provided technological evidence which was different from theirs.”

There were numerous reports that substantiated that the jurors were being intimidated.  Reportedly, two of the jurors were afraid to come forward with their verdicts, citing “backlash,” according to Human Events Senior Editor Jack Posobiec.

They are “worried about media leaking their names, while will happen to their families, jobs, etc.,” he added. Posobiec also said the concerns included “doxxing threats from ‘anarchist groups’.”

Notably, Black Lives Matter activists were caught attempting to dox the jury members in the case.

“This morning at the pickup there was someone there [who] was video recording the jury. The officers approached the person and required him … to delete the video,” Judge Bruce Schroeder told his courtroom Tuesday. “If it happens again” police are “instructed to take the phone” used to record the court, the judge added.

One prominent Minneapolis BLM activist named Cortez Rice, who was apparently close to George Floyd, said ominously that the jury was being watched.

“Cortez Rice, who is a BLM activist in Minnesota, says on video that jurors in the Kenosha trial of Kyle Rittenhouse are being photographed,” Wisconsin Right Now reported.

“The names of the jurors in the trial were sealed by the judge making it harder for them to be doxxed,” the report added. :However, the public has access to the court proceedings, where the jurors sit in plain view. Only journalistic pool photographers are allowed inside the courtroom.”

However, Rice told a different story on video.

“I ain’t even gonna name the people that I know that’s up in the Kenosha trial. But it’s cameras in there. It’s definitely cameras up in there. There’s definitely people taking pictures of the juries and everything like that,” Rice says in the video.

Rice later claimed that he did not know that people were spying on the Rittenhouse jurors. Even the judge in the Rittenhouse case hasn’t been safe from intimidation in the self-defense trial in the form of threatening emails.

The Rittenhouse case has become a tinderbox of racial and political tension due in large part to the slanted and dishonest media coverage. Radical journalists at left-wing outlets are once again attempting to fuel race riots.

On Tuesday, Tucker Carlson argued that the jurors haven’t reached an “obvious verdict” because they fear that “Biden voters” will riot.

“The average jury,” Carlson said, “reaches a verdict in just a few hours, so these jurors are taking much longer than most, but it’s probably not because the evidence they have heard is confusing them.”

Tucker argued the verdict is so obvious that “no honest person could reach a different conclusion” than Rittenhouse had acted in self-defense.

“The question is why is it taking so long for this jury to produce a very obvious verdict?” Carlson asked. “Want the answer? Well, look outside the courtroom. There are hundreds of National Guard troops assembled tonight in Kenosha. Why are they there? Well, they have come in case Kyle Rittenhouse is acquitted.”

“If he is acquitted, pretty much everyone expects the usual mobs of Joe Biden voters to burn and loot and destroy,” he continued. “Why does everyone expect this? Because people on the left are openly calling for it.”
