Top Medical Journals Refuse To Publish New Danish Study On Mask Effectiveness

The struggle continues to find the truth about mask mandates and economic lockdowns as a viable solution to combatting the Corona Virus. Many Americans already know that the CDC's consistency has been in question, along with Dr. Fauci and the Surgeon General in regards to what works and what doesn't.
Many other Americans have discovered that social media companies as well as the mainstream, left-wing media outlets have made attempts to cover up or discredit studies that indicate the lack of effectiveness of masks and lockdowns.
A recent Danish study allegedly provided detailed information on the controversial topic, however, Scientific Journals have refused to publish it.
It appears that the scandal and controversy surrounding mask-mandates (a mandate that Joe Biden certainly intends to enforce if elected) is not an issue exclusive to the United States.
Some have speculated that the reason none of the major journals wishes to publish the study is because its findings contradict the official narrative that masks are a vital tool in combating the spread of coronavirus.
It could, of course, be that the journals rejected the paper for other reasons — but we are being kept in the dark while it remains unpublished. Indeed, while at the beginning of Coronavirus academic studies proving whether masks worked or not were rare, the Centre for Disease Control in the U.S. and the World Health Organization have both subsequently said people should wear masks.
Nevertheless, the fact that the cause has been taken up by one of Europe’s oldest newspapers may count for something, and the CDC’s latest research makes clear the common type of cloth masks seen on our streets every day are no substitute for actual medical-grade masks.
U.S. journalist Alex Berenson may have confirmed the theory that the study simply came to an inconvenient conclusion when he tweeted that one of the study’s lead investigators, Professor Thomas Benfield, has said the study will be published ‘as soon as a journal is brave enough to accept the paper.’
Since it would require no courage whatsoever for any medical journal to publish a paper claiming that masks are effective, the logical inference is that the Danish study concludes the opposite.
From the website linked to Breitbart's post, LockDownSkeptics.org:
For weeks, the media and researchers around the world have been waiting with increasing impatience for the publication of a large Danish study on the effect – or lack thereof – of wearing a mask in a public space during the corona pandemic.
Now one of the researchers who has been involved in the study has said that the finished research result has been rejected by at least three of the world’s leading medical journals.
These include the Lancet, the New England Journal of Medicine and the American Medical Association’s journal JAMA.
“They all said no,” says the Chief Physician in the Research Department at North Zealand Hospital, Professor Christian Torp-Pedersen.
Will Jones from LockDownSkeptics goes on to write,
It wouldn’t be the first time politics has trumped science amongst those who are supposed to be its guardians. Professor Sunetra Gupta said in September that she was having unusual difficulty getting anything on herd immunity published, and Dr Gabriela Gomes has said the same thing.
I think we can be fairly confident that this mask study – the largest ever carried out – doesn’t say what the pro-maskers would like. On October 18th, Alex Berenson revealed on Twitter that one of the study’s lead investigators, Professor Thomas Benfield, had said the study would be published “as soon as a journal is brave enough to accept the paper”.
In the U.S. and across Europe, the number of confirmed cases is showing a spike in recent weeks. Those numbers however are met with great skepticism due to the overall lack of transparency within the scientific community as whole and among world authoritative institutions like the CDC and World Health Organization.
In the United States, we saw a similar something similar happen when Board Certified Physicians spoke on the effectiveness of HQL over the summer.
Speaking on the topic or providing evidence that indicates anything other than the narrative portrayed by the mainstream media and the CDC will result in censorship on most digital platforms. We would have preferred to provide a link to the Danish study but unfortunately is has not been published by any Academic Journals.
