As political tensions continue to rise amongst Americans, tensions are even higher in Washington.
Monday morning, it was reported that the Trump Administration is refusing to sign documents allowing the Biden Campaign to begin the “transfer of power” process.
Every incoming administration has been allowed a federal stipend to begin taking over office space and putting their own employees in nearly every federal agency – that amount this year is nearly 10-million dollars.
The reluctance to sign such documents is no surprise, given the fact that Joe Biden has no officially been named as the President Elect, but only, the projected President Elect. Some states are still counting ballots as of Monday afternoon.
The documents, if signed, would be a step toward President Trump conceding, which he has no intention of doing until federal investigations take place across the country on the issue of massive, nation-wide voter fraud.
“An ascertainment has not yet been made,” Pamela Pennington, a spokeswoman for GSA, said in an email, “and its Administrator will continue to abide by, and fulfill, all requirements under the law.”
The GSA statement left experts on federal transitions to wonder when the White House expects the handoff from one administration to the next to begin — when the president has exhausted his legal avenues to fight the results, or the formal vote of the electoral college on Dec. 14? There are 74 days, as of Sunday, until the Biden inauguration on Jan. 20.
“No agency head is going to get out in front of the president on transition issues right now,” said one senior administration official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly. The official predicted that agency heads will be told not to talk to the Biden team.
Mainstream media outlets have officially turned up the dials on political bias. Many Americans understand that it would be unorthodox for any Administration to begin the transition process while swing states are under federal litigations.
This morning, CSPAN showed Joe Biden announcing his usual declarations and plans from “The Office of the President Elect” – an office that does not exist.
In any other election year, it would seem bizarre that one campaign is measuring for drapes and curtains in the White House while votes are still being counted. However, the mainstream media is doing everything in their power to stack the deck against the current administration. The reckless declaration on Saturday afternoon may very well lead to massive civil unrest after litigations and court rulings are finalized.
The agency said that the GSA administrator, Emily Murphy, will only initiate the transition when a “clear winner is clear based on the process laid out in the Constitution.”
“The Administrator’s ascertainment is done for the purposes of making services provided by the [Presidential Transition Act] available,” the spokesperson added. “Until an ascertainment is made, the statute allows for the Biden Transition Team to continue to receive the pre-elect services from the government (e.g., limited office space, computers, background investigations for security clearances). GSA has met all statutory requirements under the PTA for this election cycle and will continue to do so.”
A number of media outlets projected that Biden, a Democrat, was the winner, although Trump’s team has filed lawsuits in key battleground states, alleging irregularities and voter fraud. And in others, vote-counting is still ongoing.
The mainstream media is doing what they can to make it seem as if President Trump is already going outside of his powers to disregard the will of the American people and the articles within our constitution – that is not the case. Be aware that the fake-news media mob is are running on all cylinders in an attempt to undermine the President and the will of American people. The President and his administration will continue to stand strong against these attacks.
