Nancy Pelosi defies Senate, says Trump won't be acquitted, even if they vote for it

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi addresses a crowd of reporters and attempts to defy the Senate. She suggests that President Donald Trump won't truly be acquitted, even if the Senate votes for him to be acquitted.

This turns heads as she attempts to make a stand against the Senate majority who has the power to release Trump from the impeachment articles with a vote to acquit.

It's been reported that Trump could be acquitted as soon as today, within a few hours.

That remains to be seen as the Senate impeachment trial continues.

Meanwhile, Democrats seek to extend the trial by conjuring witnesses, but Republican Senators are likely to vote against that, as anything the witnesses could say now, could've been information that Democrats accessed prior to the start of the trial.

It appears to some, that Democrats are scurrying to find any last hope of removing Trump from office, but it seems more and more likely that Trump is eventually acquitted and returns to office as normal.
