When Will The FBI Also Raid Obama’s House?

Seeing how the Federal Bureau of Investigation is roving around in search of classified documents, Barrack Obama’s residence should rightfully be the next in line to be raided.

It is no news that the FBI recently raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home under the guise of retrieving important documents taken away from the White House. This was also rudely done as several agents barged into his house and turned the whole place upside down, searching every corner of the building.

Agents broke into the safe, manhandled Melania Trump’s clothing, and absconded with boxes of supposed documents meant for preservation. After causing a scene here, they neither allowed Trump’s lawyers to monitor this search nor spoke to the media about what they intended or had found in this raid.

The cover story was that some national records were missing, and they needed to find them. Following this narrative, of missing records, Obama’s house should have been the first to be raided. However, not surprisingly Trump’s home was their first target. But now shouldn’t Barack Obama’s home be the next to be rudely raided in the middle of the night? Most especially because the issue tracking all his documents goes back to 2018.

Dozens of files were reported missing after Obama left the White House. Again, Real Clear Politics also reported on the lost files, with Hillary Clinton’s email fiasco via her private homebrew server being mentioned.

RCP reported that “In the middle of directing the difficult task of transferring the historically important records of the Obama administration into the National Archives, the archivist in charge, David Ferriero, ran into a serious problem: A lot of key records are missing.”

Furthermore, Obama also signed the Presidential and Federal Records Act Amendments. This law clarified the responsibilities of federal government officials when using “non-government email systems” and empowered “the National Archives to safeguard original and classified records from unauthorized removal.

The law also gave the archivist of the United States the authority to decide what a government record is. Despite this, the Obama administration itself engaged in the wholesale destruction and “loss” of tens of thousands of government records covered under the act and the intentional evasion of the government records recording system by engaging in private email exchanges.

Former President Obama and many officials in his administration, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Lynch, and several EPA officials, have been named offenders after he left the White House.

Despite this, why Trump’s house would get raided before Barack Obama’s house is questionable, but it needs no more clarity to show that different rules apply to these democrats.

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy called Obama’s Offence “an unauthorized private communications system for official business for the patent purpose of defeating federal record-keeping and disclosure laws.

The evidence against Obama is enough to put him behind bars for quite a while. Yet, the Biden administration and its lapdogs have chosen to continuously target Trump with no actual evidence, totally ignoring the Presidential Records Act they had previously signed.
