Biden Press Secretary Claims SCOTUS Decision on Roe was Unconstitutional

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is giving Kamala Harris a run for her money in an apparent competition for the “Word Salad” championship belt. Of course, Sleepy Joe is not in the competition, as mumbling incoherently is in another division.

Jean-Pierre upped the ante a bit yesterday though, when she led a press conference to discuss Joe’s recent Executive Order (EO) to provide blue state abortions for red state women–not men, because men don’t get preggo.

In fact, the official name of the EO is “Executive Order on Securing Access to Reproductive and Other Healthcare Services” and while it mentions “women” several times, it does not contain the word “men”. Nor does the EO mention that men can get pregnant anywhere, which makes one wonder, did they forget their stance on men getting pregnant or is it just not a thing anymore?

It is unknown if new SCOTUS Justice Jackson will find this order unconstitutional due to the fact that it assumes to know the definition of “woman” while not being written by a biologist.

In any case, according to a report in the American Thinker, “Biden said the order helps women travel out of state to receive abortions, ensuring that health care providers comply with federal law, so women aren’t delayed in getting “care,” and advances research and data collection “to evaluate the impact that this reproductive health crisis is having on maternal health and other health conditions and outcomes.”

At the presser, Jean-Pierre was asked why it took so long for the EO to be drafted and signed, seeing as the administration had nearly two months between the Roe v. Wade draft being leaked by a traitor within SCOTUS and the actual decision. If this is such a big deal to the democrats’ base, why wasn’t it issued sooner? Hint: Surely it had nothing to do with hoping their base wouldn’t fizzle out on the “Abortion Riots”. Right?

For an answer, Jean-Pierre “prattled on” a bit about how Brandon was “consulting with legal experts,” and “that in government, there are “steps and processes that we have to take in order to take actions as big as — as big as these.”

Consulting with experts? C’mon man! The only consulting “completely shot sleepy Joe” is capable of has to do with his clean plate and his wiped butt.

Eventually, Jean-Pierre found her way to declaring that the SCOTUS Roe v. Wade decision was “unconstitutional,” stating:

“From day one, when the Supreme Court made this extreme decision to take away a Constitutional right, it was an unconstitutional action by them — a right that was around for almost 50 years, a right that women had to make a decision on their bodies and how they want to start their families.

And so, the president has been very clear that he’s going to do everything that he can. It doesn’t stop with this. But we also understand that you know, it’s — he can’t only be the only person working on this, right? That’s why we continue to ask Congress to take action.

Yes, the woman– I may not be a smart man, nor a biologist, but I know what a woman is– that speaks for the President of the United States of America, had the audacity to claim that SCOTUS, whose only job is determine the Constitutionality of the laws of the Republic, was illegitimate. And, by inference, that the determination of Constitutionality should be the purview of the Executive branch.

The phrases “separation of powers” and “checks and balances” have little meaning when you have a country to destroy, you are four years behind, and you’re talking into a microphone whose receiver is in Joe Biden’s ear. It must be a very fast-paced frustrating time for the poor things.
