The U.S.-Mexico border is being ravaged by illegal immigrants.
This includes Mexican crime cartels who are using the lax immigration policies of the Biden administration to openly drive to the border with 18-wheelers full of illegal immigrants and drugs to unload their cargo, according to a new report.
“It’s never been this busy,” one agent told Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies.
He has been on the border charting the impact of Biden’s border-opening policies, dubbed “la invitacion” by illegal immigrants.
Bensman wrote in a new report:
Eighteen-wheeler tractor-trailer rigs and trucks of all sizes now pull right up to the river in unending succession to unload people and drug cargo in broad daylight along the long empty stretches of riverside territory. Police chases of immigrant transport vehicles are now commonplace in towns further inland for the first time.
And border patrol agents, largely unreinforced despite new circumstances, are chasing groups through the desert day and night, losing most and strained beyond capacity to impact what’s happening, they say.

The agent told Bensman, “I’ve never seen 18-wheelers out on the levy on the Mexican side like this, filled with God-only-knows what. It was predicted before the new administration came in, and it happened. Now the cartels are having a field day.”
A key point in Bensman’s new report is how cartels are shopping for new opening points, meaning places where Border Patrol had to leave because they had to go to other areas overwhelmed by illegal immigrants.
“There’s no one watching,” a smuggler told Bensman, of the rugged West Texas border.
Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton had sued Biden’s administration for allegedly releasing Covid-infected illegal aliens into the United States.
Last month it was reported that the Biden Administration was releasing Covid positive illegal aliens into the US interior.
But wait, it gets worse.
While there’s an increase in Covid-infected illegal aliens coming into America, Biden has substantially decreased the number of illegal aliens they are arresting.
According to Breitbart, Immigration and Customs Enforcement have carried out 75% fewer “priority” arrests, and arrests the Biden administration deems “non-priority” have been cut by over 80% compared to the same time frame in 2020.
Breitbart News reports on the breakdown on the reduction in arrests of illegal aliens:
Specifically, those “non-priority” arrests of illegal aliens by ICE have been cut from 17,810 at the beginning of 2020 to just 3,306 arrests in the first seven weeks of the Biden administration.
In the case of violent illegal aliens, Binder also listed off some truly remarkable declines in arrests:
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with homicide cut by 17 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with sexual assault cut by 22 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with burglary cut by 60 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with drunk driving cut by 71 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens considered security threats cut by 42 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with immigration crimes cut by 54 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with kidnapping cut by 40 percent
- Arrests of illegal aliens charged with gun crimes cut by 30 percent
The Breitbart report added:
Data collected from January 21 to March 31 shows that the number of illegal aliens in ICE custody has dropped by 70 percent since 2019. Today, there are less than 14,000 illegal aliens in ICE custody — the lowest level in the agency’s history — compared to May 2019 when nearly 50,000 illegal aliens were in the custody of ICE.
Of the less than 14,000 illegal aliens in ICE custody today, more than 5,100 are convicted criminals and 919 others have pending criminal charges against them, indicating a 70 percent and 84 percent reduction in the number of criminal illegal aliens in ICE custody.

Last week, it was revealed that the Biden administration is directing Border Patrol agents to dramatically decrease using DNA tests on apprehended migrants at the border, which was used by the Trump administration to identify “fake families.”
Border officials are now administering fewer rapid DNA tests among migrant families amid as the border crisis is raging under Joe Biden.
Officials told the Washington Examiner that ICE has been directed to release migrant families into the country or expel them to their home countries and only use DNA tests if it’s “absolutely necessary.”
