BREAKING: DC Circuit Vacates Michael Flynn Dismissal and Will Re-Hear Case

It’s beginning to look like the deep state swamp is so deep and so wide that former national security adviser Michael Flynn will never get justice for being set up for a fall by some of the most politicized, corrupt officials to ever serve in federal law enforcement (and the White House, for that matter).
After Attorney General William Barr’s Justice Department determined that Flynn had been wrongly accused and entrapped by Obama and Hillary sycophants, the DoJ petitioned U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan to drop the case.
Normally, this is just procedural; when the Justice Department wants a case dropped, federal judges oblige and dismiss it. But we don’t live in normal times, and nothing having anything to do with President Trump is being treated under ‘standard operating procedure.’
So, the DoJ was forced to appeal Sullivan’s refusal to dismiss the case and his decision to have the Justice Department’s recission of charges reviewed to a three-judge panel of the DC Court of Appeals.
That panel ruled that Sullivan should dismiss the case.
He didn’t. Instead, he appealed to the full DC Appeals Court to re-hear the case. And now, the full court has decided it would do so, further delaying justice for Flynn.
A federal appeals court in Washington will take a second look at a judge’s effort to scrutinize the Justice Department’s decision to drop its case against President Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit agreed Thursday to revisit U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan’s plan to examine the politically charged matter, reviving the unusual case testing the limits of the judiciary’s power to check the executive branch.
The court’s brief order set oral arguments for Aug. 11. The decision to rehear the case before a full complement of judges wipes out the June ruling from a three-judge panel that ordered Sullivan to immediately dismiss the case and said Sullivan was wrong to appoint a retired federal judge to argue against the government’s move to undo Flynn’s guilty plea.
“The order from the court Thursday suggests that the judges are seeking a narrowly focused argument on the question of whether Flynn should have waited to appeal until after Sullivan rendered a decision,” the Post reported.
“The court told lawyers on both sides to be prepared at oral argument to address whether Flynn had 'no other adequate means to attain the relief' he sought from the appeals court,” the paper added.
None of this is normal. None of this is proper. While not completely without precedent, what is happening to Flynn is such a miscarriage of justice that there is literally no comparison.
Despite his pleas, it’s been well-documented by now that he was entrapped by Comey’s FBI, likely at Barack Obama’s direction, and most definitely with Joe Biden’s knowledge.
And yet, because we’ve allowed our governing institutions to become powers and entities unto themselves over the past several decades, this outrage is allowed to continue.
If Americans can’t find a way to regain control of those we elect and the founding system they were entrusted to preserve, it no longer matters who wins the White House.
