On Saturday evening at the White House, President Donald Trump officially nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Barrett will replace former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died last week due to complications of metastatic pancreatic cancer.
