On Tuesday evening, CNN guest Jen Granholm suggested overlooking Bill Clinton’s past because “he is excellent at explaining stuff, especially the things that matter to everyday people”.
The topic of Bill Clinton arose when conservative CNN contributor Scott Jennings asked why the former President hasn’t been canceled already in light of his shady past.
Granholm shot back by asking “How far back are we going to relitigate this?“
“This has already been asked and answered decades ago,” she added.
She then goes onto suggest that the reason Bill Clinton is useful is because he’s “excellent at explaining stuff”.
Yes, really.
