According to a new report from Axios, a group of high-up Democrat women held a crisis dinner for Vice President Kamala Harris over the so-called media “crisis” about her.

Harris and other Democrats feel like Harris isn’t respected by the liberal media so they are in desperate need for a change.

Check out what Breitbart reported:

Axios reports that former adviser to both Bill and Hillary Clinton, Kiki McLean, hosted the dinner with former DNC officials Donna Brazile and Leah Daughtry; former Barack Obama spokesperson and Joe Biden adviser Stephanie Cutter; former Hillary Clinton spokeswomen and Democratic strategists Adrienne Elrod and Karen Finney; and former Obama communications director Jennifer Palmieri, who also worked for Hillary Clinton’s second failed presidential campaign.

No one from Harris’ office was present for the dinner but “Harris confidant Minyon Moore” attended, according to the report.

The group discussed best practices for fighting back against negative perceptions of Harris, as she has suffered a series of political setbacks in the first six months of the Biden presidency.

The group also complained that coverage of Harris reminded them of the coverage of Hillary Clinton which they perceived as sexist.

The news of the “crisis dinner” comes as Harris whines about how the liberal media uses “soundbites” to make her look bad.

Yes, you heard that right. Vice President Kamala thinks that she is unliked by the American people because the left-wing media doesn’t praise her every move.

“Part of my frustration is the way that this system rewards sound bites” as opposed to “depth and thought,” Harris said during an interview with the Atlantic reporter Peter Nicholas.

Check out what Breitbart reported:

Nicholas reported Harris was “fed up” with the media portrayal of her vice presidency, but noted her campaign specifically leveraged the soundbite “that little girl was me” attack against her then-rival for the Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Nicholas also asked Harris if she regretted her attack on Biden on the issue of race.

“There is no sunlight or daylight between he and I on the issue of race, on the history of racism in our country, and also what we need to do going forward to fight for equity-based on race, gender, and everything else,” she replied.

Harris and her team have stumbled in the first six months of office, careening from crisis to crisis with painfully awkward moments.

Harris seems to realize that she is despised by the American people.

According to a new poll, Vice President Kamala Harris is the most unfavorable Vice President since the 1970s.

On Monday, the Los Angeles Times reported that only “5% of registered voters had a favorable opinion of Harris and 48% had an unfavorable opinion — a net rating of -3 percentage points, according to a Times average.”

You read that right. Only 5% of registered voters approve of Harris.

Check out what the Daily Wire reported:

The most recent YouGov tracking poll shows that Harris’ unfavorability rating has hit 49%, while her favorability rating sits at just 45%.

Harris’ unpopularity is worse than former Vice President Mike Pence’s was six months into his tenure, according to The Telegraph. The outlet reported that around this same time in 2017, Pence’s unfavorability rating sat at 41.9%, while his favorability rating was 42.1%. Pence may have been helped by a massive media focus on then-President Donald Trump and false accusations that he was a Russian agent who colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election.

During the Biden administration, much more focus has been on Harris since she’s the first black female vice president. President Joe Biden, however, has put her in charge of some nearly impossible tasks, including handling the situation on the southern border. As the Times reported, Harris’ approval ratings started to decline after she was assigned the task, though Biden also received a small decline in job approval.
