Democrat-run cities and states have been firing “unjabbed” first responders at will, but Ron DeSantis just stepped up in a big way. Not only is he *not* firing these Cops and Firefighters, but he is *incentivizing* those from other states who have been fired.
While being interviewed by Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures, DeSantis said is planning a whopping $5,000 bonus check to any police officer who relocates from another state after being fired over the jab.
“I think it’s important to point out on a scientific basis, most of the first responders have had Covid and have recovered so they have strong protection. That influences their decision that they’ve had it and recovered. So they’re making no accommodations for that. They’re still pretending like that doesn’t exist. So that’s really, really troubling when you see that. But I can tell you, Maria, in Florida not only are we going want to protect the law enforcement and all the jobs, we’re actually actively looking to recruit out of state law enforcement because we have needs if our police and sheriff’s department so in the next legislative session I’m going to hopefully sign legislation that gives $5,000 bonus to any out-of-of state law enforcement that relocates to Florida. NYPD, Minneapolis, Seattle, if you’re not being treated well, we’ll treat you better here, you’ll fill important needs for us and we’ll compensate you as a result,” said the Florida governor.

He also mocked the unjabbed and their desire for “freedom”:
“So the idea is that – look, two things that concern me, one are those who just try to make this a political issue. Freedom. I have the freedom to kill you with my Covid. No, come on. Freedom?”, said the “President”.
