As Joe Biden continues preparing to move into the White House in January, left-wing Democrats are giddy at the prospect of having another opportunity to destroy our founding principles, upend norms, and impose their cancerous cultural preferences on the whole of the country.
Such as allowing people who ‘identify’ as another sex use school bathrooms and locker rooms of the self-identified sex.
This inherently unfair nonsense began under Barack Obama, and now leftists in Congress are looking to revive it, including the guy we hope remains a minority leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer.

In response to a question about Biden stating during his basement campaign that he would reinstate the Obama-era policy, Schumer responded, “I agree with the decision and I know he’ll check things out thoroughly legally.”
The Obama mandate was issued to schools in 2016, CNS News reported.
“As a condition of receiving Federal funds, a school agrees that it will not exclude, separate, deny benefits to, or otherwise treat differently on the basis of sex any person in its educational programs or activities unless expressly authorized to do so under Title IX or its implementing regulations. The Departments treat a student’s gender identity as the student’s sex for purposes of Title IX and its implementing regulations. This means that a school must not treat a transgender student differently from the way it treats other students of the same gender identity.”
“Under Title IX, there is no medical diagnosis or treatment requirement that students must meet as a prerequisite to being treated consistent with their gender identity,” the letter explaining the Obama policy added.
Now, mind you, the Democrat Party spent the better part of a generation fighting for equal rights for women. And the party continues to do so today, though there is no ‘systemic discrimination’ against women. But there is under this lunatic policy.
Allowing biological males who are stronger and more capable, generally speaking, compete in what are supposed to be all-female sports is massively discriminatory against the vast majority of the competitors who are, of course, females.
And we haven’t even begun to address the blatant invasion of privacy that exists having biological males undressing in front of, and showering with, and going to the bathroom next to, our daughters.
But Schumer’s hedge about ‘the law’ (monumentally hypocritical given the manner in which Biden ‘won’ the election) is classic politico-speak because one of his colleagues, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), says Biden lacks the legal authority to issue a blanket and, dare we say. nakedly discriminatory policy.
When asked about Joe Biden’s intent to order public schools to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports teams of their choice, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said that he does not think Biden “has the power” to force such a unilateral change and that he would “like to hear from the schools.”
Graham also said he did not know if it was a good idea or not to allow transgender “women” (biological males) to play on real women’s sports teams and use their locker rooms.
“No, I don’t think he has the power,” Graham said in response to a question about Biden’s stated intent, adding: “And I don’t know if that’s a good idea or not, I’d like to hear from the schools.”
