American freedoms under an unprecedented assault by the “public-private partnership” that exists between Washington and corporations. It is increasingly clear that the government is counting on big businesses to do their dirty work for them.

The Constitution remains an obstacle to such sweeping governmental actions as national mask mandates and mandatory vaccinations. However, the Biden regime will be relying heavily on increased coercion from its corporate partners to enforce compliance from the general public.

There are two major areas of concern: One being vaccine passports, which many have suggested are a big step toward a domestic version of communist China’s notorious social credit score system. The other is getting the vaccines into the arms of the entire population, an ambitious goal of Biden and his handlers.

The preferred avenue to accomplish this is to have corporations make the vaccinations mandatory for employees, under the threat of having their economic livelihoods terminated if they do not comply. The fight for freedom is increasingly beginning to take shape at the state level.

One battlefield is the state of Montana where the legislature has just passed a landmark bill that will forbid businesses from denying employment to those who have not taken “the jab“. This is a major move in defending the rights of residents, and one that could serve as an inspiration to other states if it ends up becoming the law.

According to the text of House Bill 702, it is an, “unlawful discriminatory practice for a person or a governmental entity to refuse, withhold from, or deny to a person any local or state services, goods, facilities, advantages, privileges, licensing, educational opportunities, health care access, or employment opportunities based on the person’s vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport.”

In addition, it will be illegal for “an employer to refuse employment to a person, to bar a person from employment, or to discriminate against a person in compensation or in a term, condition, or privilege of employment based on the person’s vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport,” or for, “a public accommodation to exclude, limit, segregate, refuse to serve, or otherwise discriminate against a person based on the person’s vaccination status or whether the person has an immunity passport.”

The state House passed the legislation by 67-32 on Monday, following the state Senate approving it by a total of 21-18 on Friday according to the Montana legislature’s official website.

Democrats remained in lockstep as a unified force in favor of the stripping of civil liberties, and the imposition of the chilling new authoritarianism. They have done little but exploit the COVID pandemic for the pursuit of total political power since it began last March.

The bill is now headed for the desk of Montana Governor Greg Gianforte, a Republican who is expected to sign it into law. This will establish his state as one of the bulwarks of freedom in a nation that is under siege from an enemy within.

If Gianforte does sign the legislation, the laws will take effect on July 1st.
