Oklahoma Supreme Court Torpedoes Resistance Bid To Stop Trump Rally

The desperate efforts by allies of  Joe Biden to force the courts to prevent President Trump from returning to the campaign trail on Saturday have failed.

In a Friday ruling, the Oklahoma Supreme Court shot down the frivolous lawsuit claiming that the rally at Tulsa’s BOK Center would spread the coronavirus due to the lack of social distancing.

The rally marks Trump’s first rally since the mass hysteria over the pandemic forced the nation to go into lockdown with the cancellation of the NCAA Final Four Men’s Basketball Tournament leading to the shutting down of all live events.

An initial rejection of the suit by a Tulsa judge earlier this week led to the anti-Trump attorneys to call for the state’s highest court to intervene in order to enforce draconian social distancing rules that would have effectively force the cancellation of the rally.

And the judges shot them down in flames.

Via Oklahoma City ABC affiliate KOCO-5 News, “Oklahoma Supreme Court declines request to enforce health measures, social distancing at Trump rally”:

The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Friday denied a lawsuit to enforce health measures and social distancing amid coronavirus concerns at President Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Tulsa on Saturday.

The President’s campaign team said a million tickets have been requested for the event.

With the large crowds expected, attorneys Clark Brewster and Paul DeMuro filed a lawsuit, claiming the rally will endanger the health of thousands.

DeMuro argued coronavirus cases across the state have spiked since June, fearing the President’s rally on Saturday will result in more deaths from COVID-19.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court handed down the decision Friday afternoon to decline the request, saying in the court document that, “petitioners cannot establish the necessary elements for a writ of mandamus, specifically that petitioners possess a clear legal right to the relief they seek.”

In an interesting “coincidence” that you won’t see on CNN or read about in the New York Times, one of the attorneys behind the lawsuit has ties to adult film actress and heroine of the resistance Stormy Daniels.

According to Tulsa World, “Stormy Daniels announces Tulsa attorney Clark Brewster as her new lawyer”:

Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress also known for her involvement with President Donald Trump, announced Tuesday she was retaining Tulsa attorney Clark Brewster as her personal lawyer.

In a tweet, Daniels said she has asked Brewster and his firm to review “all legal matters involving me.”

“Upon completion of Mr. Brewster’s review and further consultation with me, I anticipate Mr. Brewster will serve as my primary counsel on all legal issues,” said Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford.

The entire organized left and their media megaphones have been screaming bloody murder over Trump’s defiance of their demands by holding rallies while the senile Joe Biden remains locked in the basement but their cheerleading for the Black Lives Matter-ANTIFA “peaceful” protests have stripped them of credibility.

Nearly one million ticket requests have been received and patriotic Americans were already gathering in the streets around the venue as they wait to hear from President Trump live and in person.

The rally is scheduled to begin at 8 PM.
