One of the biggest and most important issues of our age is without a doubt that of abortion. This is a true civil rights issue as it has to do with the denial of the most fundamental right a human possesses, that of being alive, being stripped away from folks just because they are a child in the womb.
This is why, despite the overturning of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court back in June, pro-life leaders are fighting harder than ever before. Now that the right to regulate abortion has returned to the states, this is where the battle must now be fought. We might actually see the banning of abortion across the vast majority of the United States in our lifetime. But first, we must defeat the lies and propaganda of the left who desperately want to have the ability to legally murder pre-born kids.
According to a report from the Daily Wire, Live Action Founder and pro-life leader Lila Rose recently went head-to-head with a very angry abortion activist, along with many others, during Monday’s episode of “Dr. Phil.”
“Rose, one of the leading pro-life figures in the nation, was called a ‘traitor’ to women and decried as lacking empathy by one pro-abortion activist in the audience. In her typical fashion, Rose responded calmly and with compassion for both women and the unborn,” the report revealed.
“Lila, your views — you just want to legislate evil,” a female audience member went to say to Rose, giving a response to a story concerning a 10-year-old rape victim. “That’s really how it feels when you speak … I think you’re a traitor to your own.”
“There is nothing you could possibly say to justify that level of lack of empathy,” she added. “We were founded on the lack of empathy, and we’ve just kept up on that tradition.”
“Abortion is devastating to women’s mental health,” Rose fired back. “No one talks about that … The trauma is from the rape. The child is an innocent party there.”
Of course, the left-wing audience member then went on to give the same old tired line we hear from pro-abortion supporters, which is that an unborn child does not exist if it is in the womb, which is pure insanity.
“The child isn’t born yet — it’s not there,” she went on to say, proving that you either have to be completely devoid of intellect or absolutely insane to be a liberal.
Rose, keeping a cool head, continued to place emphasis on laws that should protect those individuals in our country who are the most vulnerable — kids who are both inside and outside of the womb.
“Our fundamental human right that we all share in this room is life,” she went on to explain. “It’s the first human right. Laws are meant to protect the weak. In a society, who’s the weakest? Who’s the weakest in society? A child. They don’t have a voice, they can’t speak.”
“Whether we live 10 minutes, 10 years, or 100 years, you’re a human life, and you have the right to not be killed,” Rose eloquently stated. “And that’s what the pro-life fight is all about. That’s what we’re fighting for.”

The show focused on outlier abortion cases, including rape and life-threatening fetal anomalies, while the vast majority of abortions are elective.
“Dr. Phil’s team chose to center the entire show around an extremely tragic case of a mother whose baby had a fetal anomaly that was life threatening,” Rose posted to Twitter following the airing of the show. “They made the focus of the episode her story, that she was ‘forced’ to birth the baby instead of abort because of pro-life laws.”

“In cases of life-threatening conditions for preborn children, perinatal palliative care and hospice care can be offered to the baby so that if they pass in utero or shortly after birth, they have the best medical care and are treated with dignity,” Rose then added in her post. “Special care should also be offered to the mother and grieving family. Killing the baby before he or she dies naturally is never the solution. It violates the fundamental principle of medicine – to heal, or provide comfort, never to harm.”

No one has the right to take away the right to life of another individual. Plenty of scientific evidence has been produced to prove that life begins at the moment of conception. Many scientists and biologists already believe this to be true. Therefore, abortion is murder. If you support it, you are supporting civil rights violations against an entire demographic of individuals. I think you know who that makes you sound like.
