Not even CNN is safe from the terrifying wave of leftist rage that has been unleashed on America.
On Friday, Atlanta was subjected to the wrath of anarchists using the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police as an excuse to engage in mayhem and to destroy the property of others.
In what should be an ominous sign that the cauldron of hate that has been stirred by the national media for four years is boiling over, those whose minds have been poisoned by the likes of CNN are turning on their resistance allies.
An angry militant mob descended on CNN's headquarters where they broke windows, defaced the network's iconic logo sign and set fire to police vehicles in the vicinity.
The mayhem raged as rioters threw rocks and bricks and reportedly shot BB guns into the building's lobby.
An explosive was also thrown into the building as police scrambled.
A protest erupted outside CNN's headquarters in Atlanta on Friday amid nationwide demonstrations following the death of Minneapolis man George Floyd, with many of the protesters seen vandalizing the entrance of the building in videos posted to social media.
A crowd gathered in front of the CNN Center and grew over the course of several hours, initially breaking windows and spray-painting the CNN sign, and later throwing objects -- including what appeared to be a firecracker that exploded -- and reportedly shooting BB guns into the lobby.
The iconic CNN sign, a popular tourist destination in the downtown area, was covered with graffiti and others were seen jumping on top of the structure.
A CNN journalist captured footage of a window being shattered by the crowd, which can be heard sparking cheers.
Law enforcement eventually cleared the area, pushing the crowd further down the street.
Reporting from CNN correspondent Nick Valencia showed multiple police cars that were set ablaze and Georgia State Police entering the scene.
Host Brian Stelter who like like his colleagues Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo and an all-star team of vile propagandists have nurtured this volatile climate of hate took to Twitter to report that the "news" staff was cowering behind locked doors several floors up from the street.
Per the "Reliable Sources" host:
"What you're seeing live on CNN is vandalism in the lobby of CNN Center in Atlanta. So disturbing to see. FYI: Our control rooms and newsroom employees are several floors and locked doors away. The coverage continues, no matter what."
It was foolish for the liberal elite to believe that they too would not be consumed by the conflagration of hatred that they have done so much to create.
According to rapper Killer Mike who is from Atlanta, the assault on the self-proclaimed "most trusted name in news" could be karma.
"I love CNN ... but what I'd like to say to CNN right now- karma's a mother..."
"Stop feeding fear and anger every day. Stop making people so fearful. Give them hope!"
Or as the iconic civil rights leader Malcolm X once famously declared "The chickens are coming home to roost."
