As Democrats continue to implement Marxism in our public schools, more parents — and teachers — are pushing back. But it’s coming at a cost, literally.
The most recent example comes from Virginia and involves a public school physical education teacher who is refusing to comply with the board’s Orwellian demand that a student born one gender can become another gender simply by claiming it so.

An elementary school physical education teacher in Virginia was placed on leave after an explosive speech in which he told his school board he wouldn’t “affirm that a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa,” Fox News has learned.
During a Loudoun County school board meeting Tuesday, teacher Byron “Tanner” Cross voiced his opposition to policies surrounding gender.
“My name is Tanner Cross and I am speaking out of love for those who are suffering from gender dysphoria,” he told board members, going on to discuss a recently-aired “60 Minutes” segment.
“’60 Minutes’ this past Sunday interviewed over 30 young people who transitioned but they felt led astray because of lack of pushback or how easy it was to make physical changes to their bodies… They are now detransitioning,” he said.
“It’s not my intention to hurt anyone, but there are certain truths that we must face when ready. We condemn school policies [that] would damage children, defile the holy image of God,” Cross continued.
“I love all of my students but I will never lie to them regardless of the consequences. I’m a teacher but I serve God first and I will not affirm that a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa because it’s against my religion. It’s lying to a child, it’s abuse to a child, and it’s sinning against our God,” he added.
For speaking his mind and, frankly, for speaking the truth, the school board suspended him.
“I’m contacting you to let you know that one of our physical education teachers, Tanner Cross, is on leave beginning this morning. In his absence, his duties will be covered by substitute staff already working in our building,” Leesburg Elementary Principal Shawn Lacey said in an email to parents provided to Fox News by Parents Against Critical Theory.
“I wanted you to know this because it may affect your student’s school routine. Because this involves a personnel matter, I can offer no further information,” Lacey said.
Well, we can certainly guess why this was done; we don’t really need any more details from Lacey.
The speech Nazis who run that school and the school district writ large are intolerant Democrats who have embraced a Marxist ideology and are pursuing it to the detriment of the very children they are charged with educating and even protecting. That’s the explanation; they’re not going to put up with any detractors from that ideology. ‘Sinners’ like Cross, who reject the orthodoxy, will simply be eliminated, no questions asked.

This scenario is repeating itself all over the country, but it can be beaten back, as it was this past week in Palm Beach County, Florida. Enough parents there showed up at the school board meeting after members adopted racist, anti-white language in their mission statement and have now been forced to retract it.
But unless parents fight this cultural poison, it’s only going to spread before eventually killing the host nation.
