While speaking to Boston Republicans on Saturday during a Lincoln Day speech, former White House strategist Steve Bannon sounded the alarm, stating that President Donald Trump would be roaring back in 2022 and 2024.

At one point during the speech, Bannon said that the former President could be elected to congress and replace Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi as Speaker and may even impeach President Joe Biden.

“Going forward, we can transform the Republican Party into more of a MAGA movement … just immerse the (Make America Great Again) movement with the Republican Party, and we’re going to have massive victories in the future,” Bannon said.

“Trump is a disruptor, but he has a long-term vision because I absolutely believe in the marrow of my bones that he will be our nominee in 2024,” Bannon said later in the speech. “He’ll come back to us. We’ll have a sweeping victory in 2022, and he’ll lead us in 2024.”

Bannon continued by emphasizing the importance of removing Pelosi as Speaker.

“We totally get rid of Nancy Pelosi, and the first act of President Trump as speaker will be to impeach Joe Biden for his illegitimate activities of stealing the presidency,” Bannon said, drawing an applause.

Bannon also stated that Republicans “need to confront this radical Biden administration every day.”

He also said that the real political battle is not between Republicans and Democrats.

“It’s between populists, nationalists, traditionalists versus these kind of globalists, elites, secular radicals,” Bannon said. “This is what I think the future of this movement is … . We’re going to have a big aspect of disaffected Democrats that start to come over.”

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham also believes President Trump is gearing up to get back into the political arena.

During an interview on Sunday, Graham said that Trump was excited to get back into the world of politics and “hit the trail” after the Senate voted to acquit him over the weekend.

“He’s ready to move on and rebuild the Republican Party and is excited about 2022,” Graham said on “Fox News Sunday.”

“We need to unite the party. ‘Trump plus’ is the way back in 2022,” he said. “Donald Trump is the most vibrant member of the Republican Party.”

Graham also revealed that he had talked to the former President after the acquittal. “I said, ‘Mr. President, this MAGA movement needs to continue.’” Graham said, adding he plans on golfing with President Trump in Florida next week.

“My goal is to win in 2022 to stop the most radical agenda I’ve seen coming out of the Democratic presidency of Joe Biden. We can’t do that without Donald Trump, so he’s ready to hit the trail and I’m ready to work with him,” said Graham.

The senator also said the former president’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, can win the GOP nomination in the North Carolina 2022 Senate race to run against the incumbent Republican. Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) was one of the seven Republicans to vote to convict Trump on Saturday and plans to retire in 2022. Lara Trump was born in Wilmington, North Carolina, and went to North Carolina State University.

“My friend Richard Burr just made Lara Trump almost the certain nominee for the Senate seat in North Carolina to replace him if she runs,” Graham said, calling her the “future of the Republican Party.”

Burr blamed Trump for the events of Jan. 6, when pro-Trump supporters swarmed into the U.S. Capitol. “The President bears responsibility for these tragic events,” the senator said in a statement after the vote. “The evidence is compelling that President Trump is guilty of inciting an insurrection against a coequal branch of government and that the charge rises to the level of high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
