Swalwell Gets Trolled for Twitter Post About His Two Favorite Flags

Far-Left Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell announced his run for President back in April and so far his candidacy has been a total failure.
Right after his announcement that he would be running for President, Swalwell immediately got hammered for his slogan which is “Let’s go big, be bold, and do good!”
The Democratic Party doesn't even seem to like Swalwell very much considering he barely even has 1% of their total support in the polls. Knowing that his unpopularity is at an all time high, the Representative is doing anything possible to earn himself favor from the far-Left base.
On Thursday, Swalwell made a desperate attempt for attention by posting a picture of an American flag alongside a gay pride flag outside of his office with the caption, "I fly these flags 365 days a year" on Twitter.

Not only was this a desperate attempt at attention, but it appears that the congressman was lying considering the gay pride flag which was spread across his door still had fold lines on it. This suggests that the flag was recently opened from its packaging.
Twitter made sure to call him out.
User Brenna Spencer said, "The gay pride flag literally just came out of the box... look at all those wrinkles."
Conservative Mindy Robinson also called out the far-Left representative by saying, "It looks like it just spent "365 days" inside a tightly wrapped package from China."
Republican Caleb Hull also chimed in. "Next time you take a flag out of an amazon package to virtue signal, you should at least iron it first," he said.
"365 days a year, now that you just took the LBGTQ flag out of the bag. It still has the folds! I'm actually more surprised you fly the American flag," Twitter user Mark Tumini said.
Swalwell has a history of making bizarre tweets. The congressman has made it clear that his most important topic in 2020 is his stance on gun control. At one point, Swalwell "joked" about nuking America as a reason for why guns should be confiscated from law abiding citizens during a Twitter argument with conservative Joe Biggs.
Biggs was frustrated with Swalwell’s radical views on the Second Amendment. “So basically @RepSwalwell wants a war. Because that’s what you would get. You’re outta your f*cking mind if you think I’ll give up my rights and give the gov all the power,” he said.
Swalwell responded by saying, “And it would be a short war my friend. The government has nukes. Too many of them. But they’re legit. I’m sure if we talked we could find common ground to protect our families and communities.”
