Finally, someone on Team Trump other than the president himself has said the obvious part out loud: Our government institutions no longer function as designed and favor the elite and powerful over the masses.

In an interview with Just the News AM, Jesse Binnall said anytime there is a GOP administration, there is this attempt to “bend over backwards” to avoid appearing to politicize the Justice Department in particular, “including sometimes not investigating or not fully investigating the crimes of the left.”

Sound familiar? Do the names James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Joe and Hunter Biden ring a bell?

Continuing, Binnall said that under the mantle of appearing to be non-partisan, the JoJ – during Republican administrations – looks the other way amid allegations (even with the evidence is overwhelming) of corruption and illegality when it involves left-wing perps.

“It’s turning a blind eye to fraud and corruption, because you’re afraid of what the media will say about that,” Binnall told the program.

He went on to rail against former Attorney General William Barr, who he blamed for doing next-to-nothing to depoliticize a Justice Department that essentially served as Barack Obama’s legal hit squad because when Democrats are in charge, the DoJ “doesn’t “play by the same rules.”

Then, it’s “open season on conservatives and Republicans.”

Yup.

“I believe the DOJ should be depoliticized,” Binnall said. “I also believe that it was a huge double standard,” he added.

The difference was evidence in the ‘hands-off’ approach Barr took in looking at strong allegations of vote fraud and vote tampering, Binnall said, adding that he hopes acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen “fully investigates the issues of voter fraud we know are out there.”

In an earlier interview last week with NTD, Binnall bashed federal courts for refusing to look at legitimate, documented (via sworn affidavits) cases of alleged vote fraud because they were too afraid to get involved.

“It’s really, really unfortunate that courts are trying to find ways to dodge the issue,” Binnall said. “My case in Nevada is an example of that, where we were told: no live witnesses and you’re limited to only 15 depositions. So, 130,000 instances of voter fraud, and you can only do it with 15 depositions.”

He also blasted other unreasonable restrictions federal judges placed on the president’s legal team.

“Over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, we were really limited for how we could actually put in our evidence,” he noted. “For instance, when we’re able to find evidence of almost 4,000 noncitizens who voted in the election, the court wouldn’t even hear that evidence, the court excluded it completely. And then when it went up to the Supreme Court in Nevada, they gave us two hours to brief our case, to brief all of our issues.

“It’s just completely ridiculous that courts are more interested in being a rubber stamp for this media narrative that there was no voter fraud and ignoring the evidence to the contrary, that there was clear voter fraud, that courts have decided to abdicate their role to be neutral arbiters. That’s really sad,” Binnall said.

Yes – yes, it is. And it’s not going to get one iota better under Biden’s Democratic regime.
