Things are getting worse: Biden’s brain is melting at an ever-faster pace and his senility is quickly becoming all the more obvious, particularly when he tries speaking, even if he has a teleprompter to help guide him along.
But, even given all his past gaffes and mistakes, his most recent attempt and failure at speaking coherently is probably his worst attempt ever, as he mutters and mumbles for almost a full 15 seconds, trying to figure out how to say the “kleptocracy.”
Watch that embarrassing, highly concerning meltdown here. You don’t even need to fast forward, as his mind is melted for almost the whole video!
Here’s how the White House tried transcribing that miserable attempt at giving a speech:
In addition to this supplemental funding, I’m also sending to Congress a comprehensive package of — that will enhance our underlying effort to accommodate [hold accountable] the Russian oligarchs and make sure we take their — take their ill-begotten gains. Ha, we’re going to “accommodate” them. We’re going to seize their yachts, their luxury homes, and other ill-begotten gains of Putin’s kleptoc- — yeah — kleptocracy and klep- — the guys who are the kleptocracies. (Laughs.) But these are bad guys.
This legislative package strengthens our law enforcement capabilities to seize property linked to Russia’s kleptocracy.
Though the transcript doesn’t have the full effect of watching him mumble for a quarter of a minute trying to figure out how to say a pretty easy word, it’s clear even from it that Biden can’t speak.
Yet worse for Biden, they’re not even attempting to cover up his mistakes! Look for proof of that at the bracketed part, where the transcript writer had to put in what bumbling Biden probably meant though it’s the exact opposite of what he said.
They had to do the same thing earlier in the speech when he tried saying something about anti-air missiles, and later in the speech when he was talking about solar power. Here are those examples of Biden’s bumbling :
In the United States, we’re doing that right now. Last year, we developed [deployed] more solar, wind, and battery storage than any year in our history — enough to power 56 million American homes.
The media might pretend that this isn’t evidence of senility and that it’s simply Biden’s “childhood” stutter.
Neither of those things is a childhood stutter, a stutter he overcame decades ago. Rather, he’s obviously senile. People with stutters don’t say “accommodate” when they mean “hold accountable”, nor do they say “developed” when they mean “deployed”. But senile Joe Biden does, because his brain is melting.
Things are getting bad, not only in the economy and global stage, but also in Brandon’s mind. That’s bad news for America, as it will need leadership to weather the upcoming crises, not some senile moron that can’t say “kleptocracy” or “kleptocrat”.
